NMAFC

Established in 1906, as a social club for officers of the armed forces, the Naval, Military & Air Forces Club of Western Australia (NMAFC) today continues its non-partisan, non-political, not-for-profit heritage of providing a congenial and enjoyable environment for its members and their guests, with many serving and retired officers holding membership.

Membership is also open to professional and business civilian men and women who have an affinity or significant interest in the armed forces and defence issues.

Social activities with a military emphasis are held throughout the year, including military briefings, commemorative luncheons, member dinners, formal annual dinners, monthly member luncheons, new member welcomes and special events.

The Naval, Military and Air Forces Club is governed by a committee elected by members and is based in the Western Australian Club, in the heart of Perth’s central business district, at 101 St Georges Terrace (near the William Street intersection).

It should be noted that NMAFC members are required to become members of the Western Australian Club, with deployable ADF members paying a significantly reduced membership fee.

Benefits of membership include access to exclusive fine dining/light meals, great coffee, a well-stocked bar, lounge and reading room, board room and function/entertainment facilities, locations for confidential meetings and free internet wi-fi, in the refurbished tropical-colonial style building.

NMAFC members also enjoy reciprocal visiting rights with more than 180 leading clubs throughout Australia and the world.

With its strong links to the military, the Western Australian Club and the business community, the Naval, Military and Air Forces Club of Western Australia provides a distinctive blend of tradition and contemporary relevance through which members can build and enjoy military, social and business relationships.
